Hi Vince
I am going to hit the Shad at San Luis this weekend, which I haven't done in a long time. It made me think of you.
I'm getting into Kayak fishing these days. The sport is really growing fast. With all the regs and restrictions, I know things are difficult for fishermen these days. They do it in So. Cal but there is not much in the way of Kayak motherships up north. There is one guy in Monterey who does it with friends and I thought you might be interested in how he rigged his boat - see link -
http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php/topic,18179.0.html
Check out NCKA.org
In five years they have gone from 20 members to well over 2000. There is definitely a market here you might be interested in tapping into.

Best wishes
Kirk
